the journeys of Isarl, the wandering paladin part 2

i followed Sestrum on his first mission. ay, it was a stormy night. we quickly ran out Camelot's northern gates.

on our way there, we traversed through some woods, but the path was always there to guide us. when we encountered monsters on our way, i learned the true power Sestrum possessed.

his fury matched my holy faith, and my chanting grew his weapon stronger, his armor more powerful, and he became something that could not be matched.

we found a pair of bridges so we crossed them, only to know that they led into the northern Black Mountain region.

this wasn't where we were supposed to be headed. Sestrum guided me back south of the bridge and then we moved southeast. finally, we found the peaceful magical village of Ludlow.

Sestrum delivered a token given to him, and the mission was complete. he vanished without a trace. "we shall meet again" was the last i heard from him. not knowing what to do, i followed a few soldiers on their way back south to Camelot.

i sought shelter at Cotswold village, in front of Camelot, and awaited news from the Church. but then, something came up that forced me to go elsewhere.

more coming soon!
